EU & BRAZIL - Brazil and the European Union signed an animal welfare agreement during the 6th EU Summit Brazil held 24 January, at the Presidential Palace. The partnership provides a working group for regular exchange of information and technical cooperation for the improvement of farming systems of food animals from birth to slaughter.
